📋 How to Count Kicks
- • Start after 28 weeks of pregnancy
- • Pick a time when baby is usually active (often after meals)
- • Lie on your side or sit comfortably
- • Count any movement: kicks, rolls, swishes, jabs
- • You should feel 10 movements within 2 hours
- • Contact your provider if it takes longer than 2 hours
