📋 How to Count Kicks

  • • Start after 28 weeks of pregnancy
  • • Pick a time when baby is usually active (often after meals)
  • • Lie on your side or sit comfortably
  • • Count any movement: kicks, rolls, swishes, jabs
  • • You should feel 10 movements within 2 hours
  • • Contact your provider if it takes longer than 2 hours
